Blue Zones / Living to be 100 / TEDtalks

I attended a Vineyard Area Pastors' meeting this week and had the pleasure of interacting with Bob Harper, regional church planting coordinator & pastor of a church in beautiful Ventura, CA (http://www.venturavineyard.org/). Bob is a friend of mine and I really appreciate both his enthusiasm as well as his wisdom. I always walk away from a time with him having either learned something new or with a list of books that I really want to read! (*Not only that, but he makes me want to live with passion...and THAT is the way I want to live!)

So, one of the things I learned about this week was something called "TEDtalks". He mentioned the one called "Blue Zones", areas in the world where more people live to be 100 years old. I just watched it and found it very interesting. Check it out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I-jk9ni4XWk.
